How to download registration Certificate and article of association of your company?

1. Go to https://www.verksamt.se and Login. Click on login [“logga in”]:

2. Choose how you want to login. Here Mobile Bank ID is used:

3. Scan the QR code and sign.

4 . Click on company and associations [“mina företag och föreningar”] :

5. Choose the comapny for which you want to download the registration certificate and articles of association from the list.

6. Click on company document and proofs [“Företags dokument och bevis”].

7. Then click on registration certificate link [“Registreringsbevis”] and/or article of association link [“bolagsordning”] to open and download them.

Simple! Isn’t it? :-)
